Estrella-El Pomar-Creston Water is a California Water District. We represent a number of local agricultural entities and concerned citizens in the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin. Many of our members are winegrape growers.
We support SGMA (Sustainable Groundwater Management Act) and are dedicated to making sure our local groundwater Basin is sustainable for years to come.
