Our End of the Day Wines space in Tin City, Paso Robles is a fun, relaxed, and welcoming spot to explore the wines of our incredible region. Whether you’re here to learn, sip, or just say hello, we’d love to have you. Though, no appointment needed during our regular hours, reservations are always a good idea!

    End Of The Day is a unique line of wines created by Carl and Pam Bowker, the owners of Caliza Winery, with the specific goal of crafting outstanding wines that are impressive yet accessible and ready to enjoy now all while showcasing the best of the Paso Robles wine region. The wines do not require aging or being babied as they're full of character and approachable now and intended for your everyday enjoyment. Our wines are for individuals who recognize quality and enjoy finishing the day with a special glass or two of fantastic wine. Come check out our tasting room located inside our winery facility in the Tin City area of Paso Robles. We are open weekends only by advanced reservation through our website or by emailing endoftheday@calizawinery.com

    Our wines are made with 100% Paso Robles grown fruit, We craft our wines from a wide range of varieties and work with many growers throughout Paso Robles. Some of our customer favorites are a Spanish white variety Albariño along with a Cuvee of red Rhone varieties including Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. We also craft a single variety, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay as well as many other small-lot fun wines all worth checking out.
