It all started when... Chef Spencer Johnston saw a demand for a Chef-driven, locally sourced event company and he started Danior Kitchen. His 18+ years experience in the food, beverage and catering business has led Danior Kitchen to great accomplishments. Our services are great for many events but we focus on weddings, wine or beer paired events, popups and large format events of up too 1000 meals served. We custom create each menu to our client's desires while incorporating local, seasonal ingredients.

He has 18+ years of professional experience in food preparation, ground-up openings, kitchen management, banquet-catering and a la carte operations for leading boutique hotels, clubs, and restaurants.
