CRUSH Vineyard is a boutique, family-owned winery crafting artisanal, small-lot rosé and red wines from their organically farmed estate in the rugged hills of Paso Robles’ westside Adelaida District. Specializing in bold, expressive Tannat and Tempranillo, CRUSH is focused on showcasing lesser-known varietals that thrive in the region’s highly calcareous soils. The hillside terrain, paired with late afternoon Pacific breezes, creates ideal growing conditions for these distinctive grapes.

Founded by Denise and Scott Schramm—former New York fashion professionals who followed their passion into winemaking—CRUSH embraces a hands-on approach from vine to glass. Their “road less traveled” philosophy shines through in every bottle, with meticulous farming, hand-harvesting, and sustainable practices guiding the process. Guests can enjoy a relaxed tasting at their welcoming Tin City tasting room, where friendly hospitality and thoughtfully crafted wines make every visit feel personal and memorable.
