Cordant Winery

At Cordant Winery we focus on crafting fine Pinot Noir and Rhone varietal wines. We offer both vineyard-designate wines and wines that are curated from a mix of multiple sustainably-farmed vineyard sites throughout California’s central coast. Each vineyard for Cordant Winery is hand-selected based on its ability to express a unique location. The wines are made naturally, without an agenda, yet with close attention to detail.

We have the pleasure of making our wine in Paso Robles while working with a multitude of vineyards from Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties. The vineyards we source produce Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and more. Our objective has become to acquaint ourselves with the unique sites that have the most to offer, and do our best to tell their story through each wine’s unique expression as a derivative of the farming, climate, and soils.
