AboutA love of wine and hospitality in equal measure: Varinder and Anita, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce elegant Rhône and Bordeaux varietal wines. He from an engineering background and she from the world of fine dining restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine from the ground up, one small lot at a time. Copia’s world-class Willow Creek and Adelaida estates offer stunning views of the rolling hills of Paso Robles’ Westside. At Copia, you are invited to experience the story of two explorers who go "all-in" on life, enjoy the wines that they craft and hear about the land that continues to inspire them. Curated tasting experiences and private tours are available.
