Ciento Cellars

Welcome to Ciento Cellars! We are a family-run, boutique winery located on the west side of Paso Robles. Our estate vineyard is 14 acres under vine, including both Rhone and Bordeaux varietals. We handcraft a mere 750 cases annually.

We have been dreaming of this second chapter in our lives for nearly 20 years. We purchased our property on Peachy Canyon in 2012, but it took seven long years of thinking, planning, raising our twin boys and more dreaming before we planted our vineyard in 2019. We crafted our first wines in 2023 and are currently pouring that vintage in our Tasting Room.

Our winery name, "Ciento" was born out of two inspirations: "Cielo" or heaven in Spanish and "Viento" or wind. In other words, "Heaven Wind." It also happens to be the number one hundred in Spanish, "perfection" in the world of wine. This adventure is not about perfection, though, it's about joy, creativity, hard work and family. If perfection comes our way some day, we'll be doubly blessed.
