With deep roots in the farming industry, Bovino Vineyards pairs excellent wine with an outstanding tasting experience. Bovino is the culmination of a lifetime dedication to wine grape cultivation by owner Dan Souza. Dan’s approach to life is to "Maintain an Attitude of Gratitude" through hard-work, attention to detail, kindness, and care for his community.

Bovino offers a variety of tasting experiences - from peace and tranquility in the architecturally distinct tasting room, to adventure on a 4-wheel vineyard tour, to exploration of our barrel caves sampling wines not yet released. There is truly something for all to enjoy.

Gathering around a table with good wine, and those you love most is the best recipe for making memories that last. We hope to be a part of the memories you make in Paso Robles as you enjoy our lovely wine, and beautiful setting.
