The Bianchi Tasting Room is the fulfillment of Glenn Bianchi's dream to provide a great sensory experience for visitors to the winery and tasting room. For Bianchi visitors, the sweeping vineyard, coastal mountain views, and serene koi-filled lake, coupled with inspired wines, offer a complete wine country experience. The welcoming tasting room is an architectural feast for the senses, blending modern elements – glass features, contemporary lighting, and clean lines – with natural earthen materials like wood, stone, and metal. A fireplace warms the tasting room in the winter, and cool breezes off the lake refresh the room in the summer.

Although the views are breathtaking, Bianchi wines take center stage in the tasting room. The friendly and knowledgeable Bianchi team is enthusiastic in presenting the winery’s varietals – from Bianchi’s Signature collections to special limited releases only available onsite.

The Bianchi Family invites you to come and enjoy our Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and the legendary Paso Robles Zinfandel. Bring a picnic, feed the Koi, or try the accommodations at our Vineyard House. It is all here in the heart of beautiful Paso Robles.
