About

BENOM is a longtime dream project between two brothers Arnaud Fabre and Guillaume Fabre (winemaker/proprietor of Clos Solene). Originally from South of France but, raised in Bordeaux, they are focusing on straight Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as, Rhône and Spanish-inspired blends. The brothers wanted to bring a distinctive French style of wine while keeping the power of Paso Robles. They are offering a seated tasting experience in their “home living room style” tasting room with a flight of unique and exquisite wines.
