    We are an independent family-owned winery with deep roots in Paso Robles. We are renowned for our Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon & collection of complementary brands including Treana, Liberty School, Troublemaker, AUSTIN & Quest.

    Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar | Family Estate Experience
    The estate that started it all for Hope Family Wines. Here, you will enjoy our unique blend of eclectic décor including a spacious indoor lounge, a cozy cellar enclave, outside cabanas & patio seating. We offer a fun, casual & approachable experience featuring winery exclusive wines overlooking the Hope family’s beautiful estate vineyard. Open Daily 10-5, reservations encouraged.
    Hope on Park | Downtown Tasting Experience
    A whole new flavor in downtown Paso Robles. Our sidewalk tasting bar is a communal tasting space where you can savor the energy of downtown Paso Robles while enjoying a tasting flight from Hope Family Wines. Walk Ups are welcome. We also feature a creative space where the vibes are as incomparable as the wines. Here, you will step into unexpected luxury & enjoy rare Austin Hope exclusives, by reservation only.
  • Vineyard Details
    • The Hope Family Estate Vineyard is located in the Templeton Gap district. The majority of the vineyard is planted to red Rhône varietals, and Graciano. High density spacing is utilized throughout. We are SIP Certified Sustainable; herbicide free, using less resources, while improving soils and wildlife habitats.
    • First Date Planted: 1985
    • Last Date Planted: 2023
    • Row Orientations: Ranging from True North/South to slightly askew from North/South.
    • Row Spacings: High density plantings with multiple plant spacings, varietal dependent.
    • Trellis Type: VSP & Head Trained
    • Rootstock: Multiple rootstocks, varietal and site dependent.
    • Irrigated/Dry Farmed: Irrigated
    • Soil Types: Calcareous
    • Slope Description: The vineyard is planted on gentle rolling slopes with some blocks slightly sloping to others having small, sharply rising slopes.
