Asuncion Ridge Vineyards is a boutique Paso Robles Winery specializing in small lots of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and eclectic Red Blends made with Rhone and Bordeaux varietals.
Our Pinot Noir vineyard is located at an elevation of 2000 feet just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. This cool climate is perfect for growing Pinot Noir. The vineyard is planted to 6 clones of Pinot Noir, including HMR, (from Chambertin Clos Du Beze), Pommard 4 and 5, and Dijon clones 115, 667, and 777. The vines are planted on steep, well-drained hillsides with soil compositions of limestone, shale, sandstone, and volcanic materials which help shape wines of full and complex flavor profiles.
Currently, other grape varietals are sourced from local vineyards with plans to plant additional varieties on our Creston area property.
Our Tasting Room, located directly across from the Downtown Park, is Open Daily 12-6 pm and 12-8 pm Fri-Sat. Don’t miss our Happy Hour Monday – Thursday 4-6 pm & Live Music every Friday & Saturday 6-8 pm. We are Dog-friendly!
