Alma Sol Winery is a family-owned, micro-boutique estate in Paso Robles dedicated to crafting refined, Bordeaux-inspired wines of depth and character. Rooted in the rolling hills of West Side San Miguel, we focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and thoughtfully composed blends that reflect both site and season.

Our estate vineyards are farmed with intention and harvested by hand in small lots to preserve purity and precision. In the cellar, we take a restrained, hands-on approach, allowing the fruit to express its natural structure, balance, and elegance. Each wine is produced in limited quantities, guided by a commitment to quality over scale.

While Bordeaux varietals remain at the heart of Alma Sol, we occasionally explore distinctive, small-lot releases that showcase the versatility and spirit of Paso Robles. Every bottle reflects our belief that exceptional wine begins in the vineyard and is shaped by care, patience, and respect for the craft.
