Allegretto Wines

Allegretto Wines utilizes regenerative and organic viticulture across all three of our vineyards, with an emphasis on biodynamic farming practices. These methods determine optimal times for sowing, transplanting, cultivation, and harvesting through the use of biodynamic preparations. By promoting the dynamic forces within the soil, compost, and plants, we ensure healthier vines and a more resilient ecosystem. We believe that crafting exceptional estate-grown wines begins with superior quality fruit in the vineyard.

Our three vineyards are located within two distinct sub-appellations of Paso Robles. Our estate and single-vineyard wines are sourced from the vineyards surrounding the Allegretto Resort in the Estrella District, as well as our westside vineyards in the Willow Creek District.

We invite you to visit our tasting room located inside the Allegretto Vineyard Resort, where al fresco wine tastings are offered on our patio. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM for tableside service. Reservations are recommended, and wine bottle purchases are available until 6:00 PM.

Vineyard tours are offered Friday through Monday mornings. This 45-minute walking tour concludes with a tasting in the Allegretto Resort Tasting Room. We recommend comfortable, durable footwear. As space is limited, reservations are required for this experience.
