    Located west of downtown Paso Robles, visit Adelaida to taste our estate wines sourced from our organically farmed vineyards. Nestled amongst organic walnut orchards, our tasting room offers multiple tasting experiences featuring Rhone, Bordeaux, Burgundian, and other varietals. Guests can enjoy classic tastings six days per week in the tasting room, or a variety of private elevated experiences featuring Signature and library wines hosted in our private tasting room or hilltop space.

    We are open six days per week (closed on Tuesdays) and reservations are recommended for all guests. Group size is limited to no more than 6, including those not tasting. For larger group tastings please contact our tasting room to make arrangements, subject to availability.
  • Vineyard Details
    • Adelaida's vineyards include seven distinct properties totaling 150 acres. 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean, these are steep and elevated sites (1400-2200 feet), characterized by chalk rock limestone soils, afternoon blasts of cool coastal air, and a daily microclimate that swings 40-50 degrees.
