    Welcome to Absolution Cellars! We specialize in limited-production, handcrafted, single-vineyard wines from select vineyards all throughout the beautiful Central Coast. With over 20 different varieties and wines made each year, you'll find something to please every palate. Each wine that we make is the best version of itself - a unique portrait of place and time, an honest expression of where and when the grapes were grown.

    Our charming Waterside Tasting Lounge on the Embarcadero in picturesque Morro Bay welcomes you for indoor and outdoor wine tastings. We are open Daily: Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm, and Monday thru Friday from 12pm-6pm, with the last tastings at 5pm.

    We offer two unique Tasting flights:

    Our guided Classic tasting features 6 of our most popular award-winning wines for $20 per person (waived with a $50/pp purchase or a Wine Club Membership). Walk-ins welcome - no reservation required.

    Our NEW Rare & Reserve Tasting features an in depth sit-down tasting of 6 of our our latest releases, Archive (Library), and/or Reserve wines. This elevated Tasting Experience is $30 per person - each tasting fee is waived with a $75 per person purchase or Wine Club Membership. Reservations required.
