Join Varinder and Anita Sahi at the beautiful Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles for an intimate, collaborative five-course winemaker dinner. Together, they’ll guide you through a thoughtfully crafted menu designed to spotlight the nuance, texture, and layered complexity of five Copia Vineyards wines.

The evening opens with a welcoming reception of small bites, your first pour and conversation, then flows into a seated, coursed dining experience with thoughtfully paired Copia wines.
