The breadth of our wine house, LXV, MESO, Maison Mittal, and, yes, Kunal’s own Cognac, through Executive Chef Casey McMinn’s culinary interpretation.

At EMRE, Mediterranean flavours meet the seasonal ingredients of California’s Central Coast, with cooking over an open flame at the heart of the kitchen.

For us, this is also a meaningful reunion: Executive Chef Casey McMinn hosted our very first Maison Mittal dinner.
