Unlock the Cellar at Sextant Wines

Join us for the Unlock the Cellar Dinner, an exceptionally intimate evening hosted in our cellar and led by Winemaker Alex Frost. With just 16 guests per night, this experience offers behind-the-scenes access to the wines, craft, and cellar that have shaped our legacy.

Over the course of the evening, Alex will guide guests through a 360-degree exploration of our wines, sharing insights and stories directly from our winemaking team. From sparkling wine in tirage to unreleased and library-only selections from Craig Stoller’s personal collection, this is access few ever receive.
