Truffle Hunt and Wine Tasting with Caelesta Wines

Spend the morning hunting the Caelesta Estate Truffière for Black Winter Truffles (Périgord). Handlers and dogs from the Truffle Dog Co. (https://truffledogcompany.com/) join us to help us find the freshest and ripest truffles in our orchard. We follow the dogs around from 8-10am and discuss the process of truffle hunting and farming before continuing on to the tasting room for wine tasting .
