Spring Barrel Tasting with the Winemaker

Join me, Mike Stiekema, as we barrel taste from the 2025 vintage. We will taste from brand new French oak, neutral barrels, and everything in between. Together, we will discuss what’s happening, how, and why the wines are tasting as well as their stylistic approach used during the fermentation process. The previously bottled vintage will also be opened alongside to evaluate and showcase the full process through sensory evaluation.
