Sabering Ceremony – Sparking Cuvée Release

Join us at Calcareous Vineyard for the release of our NEW Anniversary Cuvée Sparkling Wine a special milestone in our 25th Anniversary year.

This will be an intimate cocktail style celebration featuring a 5:30 PM sabering ceremony led by Winemaker Jason Joyce, marking his first sparkling wine created for Calcareous. Guests will enjoy the new Anniversary Cuvée alongside an oyster station, truffle popcorn, apple tart, and passed caviar bites.

Guests will be welcomed with our household wines before settling in for an evening of toasts, food, and celebration overlooking the vineyard. Then after the inaugural sabering you will be the first to taste Calcareous’ first ever sparkling wine!
