– We start at Vinyl Vineyards, where the tasting feels more like a speakeasy than a tasting room. Owners Jeff or Dina pour for you themselves, and the alpacas are there to greet you.

– Lunch is at CASS Winery, which opened one of the first winery restaurants in Paso. You eat looking out over 145 acres of vines in the Geneseo District, and your guide explains why Rhône grapes do so well on this stretch of the Huer Huero River.

– We finish at Dresser Winery, where you’ll often taste with the owner, Kory. Your guide will already have told you their story on the drive over: a sports marketer who taught himself to make wine on the old Dresser Ranch.
