DAN CURCIO – LIVE MUSIC AT BROKEN EARTH

Dan Curcio is the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist for the indie rock/Americana band Moonshiner Collective and was the frontman for Still Time for many years prior to that. Curcio strongly believes in music’s ability to uplift, unite, and inspire people.

His music is both positive and community driven, influenced by the laid back lifestyle in the small beach towns of the California central coast he calls home. Moonshiner Collective’s “Californicana” draws from rock, folk, Americana, blues, outlaw country, and reggae influences and Curcio feels strongly about each song having its own unique story and sound. This variety of styles and influences leads to a soulful blend of both modern and roots music that still manages to retain a very recognizable sound due to Curcio’s distinct voice and vibe.

Curcio’s bands have the record for the most sold out shows in SLO Brew’s concert history and he has shared the stage with many of his musical influences including Ben Harper, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Jason Mraz, G. Love and the Special Sauce, Jackie Greene, David Lindley, Ziggy Marley, The Dirty Heads, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, and many more. Moonshiner Collective is Curcio’s main focus, but he enjoys playing solo acoustic style occasionally throughout the west coast as well.
