Join us for our first ONX “Live From” virtual cooking experience of the new year! Live From, our at-home cooking series, continues in 2025 for the ultimate Italian experience. Travel the world from the comfort of your own kitchen with Michelin-star Chef Carlotta, live from Italy in an interactive cooking experience. Join us as we prepare gourmet meatballs paired with traditional pomodoro sauce, complemented by 2022 Indie Rosé while cooking and 2021 Brash to enjoy with the finished product.

Two weeks before the event, you’ll receive access to a personalized event page with:

A pre-recorded kitchen prep session to get ready for the class
A shopping list and equipment list so you can pick up everything you need ahead of time
An option to arrange for grocery delivery if desired at an added cost
A link to join the live culinary experience
Your wine will be shipped two weeks before the event.
