Hands On Vineyard Pruning and Tasting Experience

Step beyond the tasting room and into the vineyard for a rare, hands on experience at our westside Paso Robles estate.

Pruning is one of the most important moments of the growing season. Each cut shapes the balance of the vine, influences the crop, and ultimately impacts the character of the wines we pour at your table. Our estate vines are still young, and these early decisions will guide their future for decades to come.

During this intimate gathering, you will:

• Walk select vineyard blocks with us and our vineyard manager
• Learn how we approach pruning based on vine age, variety, and long term goals
• Understand how these early season decisions shape Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre in Paso Robles
• Step into the rows and prune a few vines yourself with guidance throughout

No experience is needed. This is designed for curious wine lovers who want to better understand what happens long before a bottle reaches the table.

After about an hour in the vineyard, we will return to the estate for a seated tasting of Zobèto wines paired with light bites. The tasting offers a deeper connection between what you saw in the field and what you experience in the glass.

This is not a large production event. Attendance is intentionally limited to keep the day personal, conversational, and relaxed.

If you are visiting Paso Robles and looking for something more immersive than a traditional tasting, this is an opportunity to spend meaningful time in the vines and experience winemaking at its foundation.

Reservations required. Space is limited.
