Welcome to Paso Sherpa First Impressions. Today, we’re taking a look at the newly reopened Central Coast Distillery at the Del Rio Center, right off the 101 at Del Rio and El Camino in Atascadero.

Since 2017, Eric and Anna Olson have been crafting locally inspired, foraged spirits—and that part hasn’t changed. What has changed is the setting. Their new space is bigger, more refined, and absolutely beautiful.

With plans for a barrel club, cigars, and a full kitchen, this is shaping up to be much more than a distillery—it’s a full experience. For now, take a peek as they serve up drinks and get ready for their grand opening.
