Now, he’s bringing that swagger and sense of craft to a new, equally hungry audience in San Francisco. Featured in the Food Network show “The Best Thing I Ever Ate,” Metzger has gained tremendous critical acclaim for his innovative French-California cuisine. He remains committed to creating fresh, sustainable fare that nourishes guests, the community and the earth.
