Join us for our next ONX “Live From” virtual cooking experience! Travel the world from the comfort of your own kitchen with Chef Joy, live from Thailand in an interactive cooking experience with The Chef + The Dish. Join us as we prepare drunken noodles with your choice of protein, complemented by 2024 Tracing Paper while cooking and 2022 A.V.A.trix to enjoy with the finished dish.

About The Chef:
Chef Joy began her culinary journey after high school, initially cooking to support her journalism studies by helping her family sell traditional Thai meals near a bus station. Within three years, she launched her own noodle soup stall, thriving in Thailand’s competitive street food scene and soon earning more than she ever could as a journalist. After selling her stall, she pursued her love of travel across Nepal, the UK, and beyond, before returning to Thailand to cook at a luxury resort and on a tourist yacht. Following the birth of her first child, Joy opened her own cooking school, Thai Cooking with Joy, which has since earned hundreds of 5-star reviews.

A pre-recorded kitchen prep session to get ready for the class
A shopping list and equipment list so you can pick up everything you need ahead of time
An option to arrange for grocery delivery if desired at an added cost
A link to join the live culinary experience
Your wine will be shipped two weeks before the event.
