Basic Bartending & Wine Service Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, we will teach the correct use of essential bartending tools and techniques, mix classic cocktails, sharpen wine service skills, impart basic Paso Robles wine facts and history, and polish professional service etiquette. Designed for Criú team members, or any aspiring bartenders, to build real confidence behind the bar. Complete the 3-hour course and receive our “Criú Accreditation,” to accompany your Alcohol Beverage Control required RBS certification.

Instructor, Steven Hath is an experienced bartender passionate about sharing his knowledge of this interesting and creative medium. Steven has worked behind the bar at some of California’s hottest spots, including the opening of Selvin’s Restaurant in Thousand Oaks, and mixing up elevated cocktails at Parchetto in Paso Robles.
