Other Fun Activities
Paper Street Collab
Several Paso Robles wineries are joining forces with others who make amazing wine from the acclaimed Paper Street Vineyard.
Oct. 5-6: Turley Wine Cellars will be pouring their 2022 Paper Street Zin and serving street tacos.
Oct. 12-13: J Dusi Wines will be debuting their 2022 Paper Street Zin and serving homemade Italian bites!

Blending and Botanicals
To celebrate harvest, The Blending Lab is doing a wine blending experience unlike anything they’ve done before! Join them on Saturday, Oct. 19, at the beautiful Hambly Farms for an afternoon of wine blending and botanicals (B2). Be a winemaker for the afternoon to craft your own, personal wine blend to take home (AND YES, you get to taste wine throughout the entire experience!). Once your bottle is produced, we will craft and design our bottles with lavender botanicals from Hambly Farms. Dip your wines in lavender-scented wax and cover in lavender buds, then make small lavender bouquets to further decorate the bottles, while Gina, the owner of Hambly Farms tells you all about their beautiful property. And if your inner artist is out to play that day, design your label on the bottle with (of course lavender colored!) markers and name your wine/future winery in a creative way.
Speed Tastings
Paso Robles Wine Country and Somm’s Kitchen are excited to introduce Speed Tastings! This special wine tasting series will take place during the featured weekend of Oct. 18-20 as part of Harvest Wine Month. Each session features four wineries, one counter, and eight wines. Participating wineries include (in order of offered sessions): Law, Fulldraw, Zanoli, Pius, Alta Colina, Hubba, Primitive, Ultima Tulie, Brecon, Dilecta, Hawks Hill Ranch, Absolution Cellars, Linne Calodo, McPrice Myers, Jacob Toft, Cairjn, Sixmilebridge, Castoro, Truss, Zobéto, Desparada, Caliza, Pelletiere Estate, Arbuckle Ridge, Booker, Adelaida, Copia, and Le Vigne.
Re:Find Whiskey Blending Seminar

On Saturday, Oct. 26, Distiller Alex Villicana will walk you through the process of blending a whiskey to your unique preference. You will have the chance to smell/taste several Cask Strength Whiskies, make your own blend, create a custom label (come prepared with a name), and bottle your creation to enjoy at home.
