Grilled Picanha – Oso Libre Winery

This easy-to-do rendition of Picanha Steak, also known as top sirloin cap or culotte, can easily be tailor to almost any type of Steak that you will be grilling on the BBQ.

Ingredients/Directions 

-Picanha Steak, Salt, and Pepper.

-Cut whole Picanha into three or four steaks, season with salt and pepper. Grilled for about 5 min on each side, or until it reaches your preferred cook temperature.
