Founded by Carl and Pam Bowker, Caliza was born from a passion for farming, a deep appreciation for Old World winemaking, and a commitment to producing exceptional wines with authenticity and purpose.

Plan and run marketing campaigns and promotions across email, text messaging, and social media. Bring new ideas to the table that keep our presence current and compelling.
Set the Standard for Guest Experience
Ensure a consistent guest experience by standardizing how the team greets guests, presents our wines, winery history, and wine club, and communicates the brand's values. Ensure tasting rooms remain clean and presentable, and staff review guest profiles and special requests before each visit to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
