Jun 03, 2026 | LXV Wine
We're growing. We need you.
LXV Wine is one of the highest-regarded tasting experiences in Paso Robles, and our Maison Mittal vineyard tastings have gained serious traction. That momentum means we need another exceptional person on the team.
This is the role where you go from a lively conversation about food and wine to a serious deep-dive into site-specific Paso winemaking to an inspirational journey through Bordeaux, all in the same week. Three houses, two locations, offsite events, full medical, 401(k) match, and a real growth path as we scale.
Why LXV
I'm Neeta Mittal, co-founder of House of Mittal. People genuinely love LXV - Wine Enthusiast, Forbes, James Beard Foundation, and USA Today's 10Best have all recognized what we've built here. But what makes this role different is the range. We have three houses: LXV (our experiential downtown flagship), Meso (our site-specific tier), and Maison Mittal (our Bordeaux collaboration).
Your week could take you from the downtown tasting room to the vineyard estate to an off-site dinner or trade event. I'm looking for someone who's excited by that, not overwhelmed by it.

3+ years in a premium tasting room or luxury hospitality setting
Deep wine knowledge. You can speak to Paso Robles AVAs, terroir, and winemaking with confidence and warmth.
A real passion for food and flavor. You'll work with our proprietary spice pairings daily, so culinary curiosity is non-negotiable.
Natural soft-sales ability. You guide, you don't push, and guests leave as club members because they want to.
High energy, self-direction, and a default setting of "how can I help?"
Willingness to work across locations: downtown tasting room, vineyard estate, and offsite events
Weekend availability required. Saturday and Sunday are the heartbeat of what we do.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet through service
Must be 21+
What We Offer
$23–$25/hr starting, with performance-based raises
Generous gratuity program and club sign-up bonuses
50% discount on all LXV wines
Access to our proprietary spice blends for your home kitchen
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off and paid sick time
Tuition reimbursement
Flexible scheduling (within reason)
A real growth path. As the vineyard program scales, the right person grows with it.

May 27, 2026 | Seven Oxen Estate Wines
Wine Tasting Room Associate
Part-Time | Thursday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
Hours: 11:30 AM–6:00 PM
About Us
At Seven Oxen, we believe wine is about connection just as much as what’s in the glass. Our tasting room is meant to feel welcoming, relaxed, and personal, a place where guests can slow down, learn something new, and leave feeling like they were genuinely cared for.
We’re a small tasting room intentionally designed for quality over volume. We value thoughtful hospitality, meaningful conversations, and creating memorable experiences that guests genuinely connect with.
We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited to help create memorable experiences for our guests and Wine Club members.
The Role
This is a hands-on hospitality role where you’ll often be working independently and managing the tasting room on your own. That means opening and closing the space, guiding tastings, building relationships with guests, and making sure every visitor feels welcomed from the moment they walk in.
Wine knowledge is a plus, but it’s not the most important thing to us. We can teach wine. What matters most is someone who is warm, reliable, curious, and genuinely enjoys creating thoughtful experiences for others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and provide an approachable, elevated tasting experience
- Guide visitors through wine flights while sharing our story, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy
- Build strong relationships with Wine Club members and returning guests
- Open and close the tasting room independently
- Process purchases and club sign-ups through our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space throughout the day
- Assist with winery events, release weekends, and special experiences as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is personable, engaging, and comfortable leading conversations
- A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and managing responsibilities solo
- Reliability and the ability to commit to a 4-day work week, including mandatory weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy tasting room rushes
- Interest in wine and eagerness to continue learning about it
- Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs (a case of wine)
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay plus tips
- Employee discounts on wine and merchandise
- Hands-on wine education and hospitality training
- A small team environment with opportunities to grow and take ownership
