Paso Robles Wine has a great relationship with the city of Chicago. You can find Paso wines at all the best spots and on the best lists, but we also have attracted some of the best from The Second City to Paso Robles Wine Country.
In this episode, we will meet two brands where the owners and winemakers hail from Chicago.
Rich Hartenburger is the owner and winemaker of Midnight Cellars. He’s been a Paso fixture for over 25 years on Paso’s west side.
Steve and Matt Glunz, of Glunz Family Wines, have a multi-generation history in the wine business dating back to 1871, and their winery here in Paso has been at it more than a decade.
We also feature in this episode Zen Dog 805, a pop-up gourmet Hot Dog purveyor on the central coast who makes way more than just Chicago-style hot dogs. Check out their Instagram and follow them to find them on your next visit, or to have them at your winery or event.
Original music on WWTY, “Good Company”, performed by Moonshiner Collective.
