American Wine Legend Dinner with Gary Eberle

Join us for a legendary dinner at Eberle Winery with Wine Enthusiasts “2020 American Wine Legend” winner, Gary Eberle. Enjoy live music by Bear Market Riot and a sunset dinner overlooking our Estate Vineyard. This will be a one-of-a-kind dinner with the legend himself, featuring Chef Justin Monson who will be grilling Gary’s favorite cut of beef, New York Strip, and pairing it with our limited reserve wines including the 2016 and 2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, along with other culinary delights. Chef Justin Monson, formerly of Disneyland’s Private Club 33, 21 Royal, and VINE, has pursued a longtime passion to bring a true farm-to-table agrotourism experience to the beautiful Central Coast Wine Country.
