Trim the Tree & Stuff Some Stockings

Join dilécta for a holiday industry night centered around good wine, good company, and giving back.

We’ll gather to trim the dilécta Christmas tree, celebrate the season with our fellow wine and hospitality industry friends, and assemble Christmas stockings filled with useful essentials for people experiencing homelessness in our community.

Bring an ornament to add to the dilécta tree—something festive, funny, meaningful, or representative of you or your winery. Together, we’ll fill the tree with a collection of ornaments from our industry friends and make it a little more special each year.

To participate in the stocking drive, bring a bunch of ONE stocking-stuffer item to contribute—think new socks, beanies, gloves, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lip balm, hand sanitizer, soap, protein bars, or other small everyday essentials. We’ll provide the stockings and set up an assembly line so everyone can mix and match the donated items to fill them.

Once the stockings are packed, guests are encouraged to take a few with them to keep in their cars. The next time you encounter someone in need, you’ll have a stocking ready to give—turning one holiday gathering into acts of kindness that continue throughout the season.

Come raise a glass, bring an ornament, trim the tree, stuff some stockings, and celebrate the holidays with our industry family. The more we bring, the more we can give.
