Syrah Rock-n-Roll is a barbeque in a bottle. Dark berry fruits such as ripe blackberry and huckleberry with juicy plum. These fruit flavors compliment and balance the spicy clove, pepper, and smoky finish.

Food Pairings: Pair with western BBQ burgers, topped with smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and smoked gouda cheese. Try with classic pot roast. Pair with slow-roasted barbeque pork shoulder. Aged cheeses, goat cheese, smoked Gouda, Blue cheese, Beecher’s cheddar and Camembert.
