Rosten is a small-production winery on the west side of Paso Robles, founded by Jonah and Gianna, two young winemakers raised in the region. We craft ultra premium wines in limited batches, sourcing from some of the most distinctive vineyards in Paso, across the Willow Creek District, the Templeton Gap, and Adelaida, alongside farming partners we deeply respect.
The name Rosten honors our late mothers, Rochelle and Kirsten. We met at Paso Robles High School, brought together by the reality that both of our lives were shaped by breast cancer. Like so many mothers, ours were happiest with the whole family gathered around one table, and we see Rosten as a way to keep doing the thing they did best: bringing people together.
Quality leads everything we make, our reds and our Rosé alike. The Rosé carries one thing more. A portion of every bottle funds a scholarship we started at Paso Robles High School, for students navigating high school while carrying what we once carried. Every vintage of the Rosé will fund it, for as long as we are making wine.
Rosten is sold directly through our mailing list, where members receive first access to each new release and future allocations. Tastings will be offered by appointment beginning Fall 2026, and we invite you to join our mailing list to be among the first to book. We are building this brand with intention from the very beginning, rooted in Paso, and crafted in honor of the people who raised us.
