RE:FIND Distillery

Founded in 2011 by trailblazing vintners Alex and Monica Villicana of Villicana Winery, RE:FIND Distillery is Paso Robles’ first craft distillery. From the beginning, Re:Find has been at the forefront of shaping California’s craft distilling industry through collaboration, education, and legislative leadership.

Located on Adelaida Road in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, Re:Find crafts spirits from grape and grain to bottle, all in one place. Every spirit is fermented, distilled, and aged on site using natural, locally sourced ingredients, with beautiful copper stills running five days a week for guests to experience firsthand.

Premium vodkas and gins are distilled from the free run juice of Paso Robles wine grapes, while memorable whiskeys are crafted from grain through collaboration with Firestone Walker Brewing and patiently aged on site.

Re:Find was born from the Villicanas’ commitment to sustainability and respect for the land. By embracing a whole grape philosophy, the distillery repurposes fruit that would otherwise go unused, reclaiming the equivalent of approximately 60 acres of premium wine grapes while conserving water, fuel, and labor.

This farm to table vision has helped create an entirely new industry within Paso Robles wine country. In recognition of their lasting impact, Alex and Monica were named 2023 Wine Industry People of the Year.
