Gnocchi and Wine Cooking Class

Join us at Calcareous Vineyard for an evening of food, wine, and hands on fun at our Gnocchi and Wine Cooking Class, led by our Executive Chef Richard Wirz.

This interactive class is designed for everyone. No experience necessary, just come hungry and ready for a great time. Chef Richard will guide our intimate group of 20 guests through the art of crafting pillowy, homemade gnocchi from scratch, paired with a bold and flavorful spicy tomato sauce created to perfectly complement our featured Wine of the Month, Devil’s Canyon Syrah.

Start the evening by enjoying curated appetizers as you watch, learn, and sip. Then roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and create your own gnocchi under the chef’s expert guidance. Once the cooking is done, sit down, relax, and enjoy the delicious meal you have made. Appetizers’, Dessert and Wine is included.
