🍷Barrel Tour and Tasting:
Take an in-depth tour of the winery and barrel room with our owner or winemaker. Learn about grape processing, cellaring, and more while enjoying a barrel tasting. You’ll taste through different barrel types, varieties, and harvest dates as well as
opportunities to taste limited release wines. Get a glimpse of a small production, limited production winery in the heart of the El Pomar District. After your time in the barrel room, enjoy a seated tasting in the gardens with a charcuterie plate.

🍷Grove to Glass Tour and Tasting:
Begin with a toast of our méthode champenoise sparkling wine while learning the fundamentals of French-style sparkling production. Stroll through our century-old olive grove and discover the trees’ Spanish origins, then visit the working barrel room for a guided tasting. Conclude at the private ranch house with an olive oil tasting, a library vertical, and a curated food and wine pairing. Hosted by our winemaker or owner.

🍷Vineyard Tour and Tasting:
See things from a different view! Drive around the vineyard with our owner or winemaker up to the very top of the property to visit the chickens and gaze over the beautiful east side of Paso Robles. Enjoy a fun yet educational experience where you’ll learn about our vineyard practices, farming techniques, and of course little bit of winemaking. After your tour, enjoy a seated tasting in the gardens.
