    "We are a small, family-owned and operated winery tucked away in the rolling hills of Willow Creek AVA on the West Side of Paso Robles, CA. Guillaume Fabre is our owner and winemaker with his muse and inspiration, his wife, Solène. As a 6th generation winemaker Guillaume had an American dream of starting his own label in California. “This is our dream becoming reality. We invested the small savings we had, worked and still work as much as possible to, first, make elegant wine with character and personality, but also to develop a relationship with the persons who are supporting us in this endless work.” – Solène Fabre"
