Bianchi Winery

The Bianchi Tasting Room is the fulfillment of Glenn Bianchi's dream to provide a great sensory experience for visitors to the winery and tasting room. For Bianchi visitors, the sweeping vineyard, coastal mountain views, and serene koi-filled lake, coupled with inspired wines, offer a complete wine-country experience. The welcoming tasting room is an architectural feast for the senses, blending modern elements – glass features, contemporary lighting, and clean lines – with natural earthen materials like wood, stone, and metal. A fireplace warms the tasting room in the winter, and cool breezes off the lake refresh the room in the summer.

Although the views are breathtaking, Bianchi wines take center stage in the tasting room. The friendly and knowledgeable Bianchi team is enthusiastic about presenting the winery’s varietals – from Bianchi’s Signature collections to Reserves and special limited releases only available in our Paso and Laguna Beach Tasting Rooms.

Named in honor of the Bianchi family’s great-grandparents, Carmelo and Carmela Bianchi, Melo Mela Kitchen will feature a delicious selection of classic Italian dishes with a California twist—the perfect complement to our wines and events.
