    The Eatery at Vina Robles showcases globally renowned Chef Nicola Allegretta creating a tasting room culinary experience unlike any other. Trained at the Italian Culinary Institute of Bari, in Puglia, Italy, Allegreta cooked in premier restaurants across Europe, helped start high-end Italian joints in Orlando, Miami Beach, and Los Angeles, and in 2006 opened his own restaurant in San Luis Obispo, the fabulous Mistura.

    Inspired by Italian and California cuisines, The Eatery’s menu showcases fresh seasonal ingredients through simple and classic starters, salads, sandwiches, and of course, absolutely divine Neapolitan-style pizzas made in a gorgeous wood-fired Stefano Ferrara Forni pizza oven. (And don’t worry, there’s dessert, too!) It’s the perfect pairing of exquisite food and exceptional wines in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
