I have an acre of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah that is farmed and harvested by hand in Templeton. Root stock is 1103P (Paulson) which is drought resistant. Soil is 30% sand, 30% loam and 40% clay.

I am selling between 2-3.5 tons to local wine makers. Buyer provides their harvesting bins. Discount for grape contracts. Selling from 1/4 ton bins to 1 ton bins.

Barrel tasting is available for last year's harvest. My Viticulturist and Vineyard Manager is Daniel Martinez who manages for Alta Colina and several private vineyards. This is some of the best Cab & Syrah both the Vineyard Manager and Winemakers have seen. Early morning harvesting and straight to crushing for the best wine making experience!
