38th ANNUAL PASO ROBLES WINE FESTIVAL – CANCELATION FAQ
WHY WAS THE AUGUST 27-30 (ORIGINALLY MAY 14-17, 2020) WINE FESTIVAL CANCELED
With a heavy heart we, along with our Board of Directors, have made the decision to cancel the 38th Annual Paso Robles Wine Festival that had been rescheduled for August 27-30. This decision was not made lightly but with the current California Governor’s Shelter at Home order still in effect along with the length of phases for re-opening we would not have a long enough runway to sell the adequate amount of tickets needed to make Wine Festival a viable event.
The 38th Annual Wine Festival will return in 2021, May 20-23.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY AUGUST 27-30 WINE FESTIVAL TICKET?
Typically, our event has had a no-refunds policy. However, ticket purchasers will automatically have their tickets transferred to May 20-22, 2021 or may receive a refund for the full ticket price, minus service fees.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET FOR AUGUST 2020 TO MAY 2021?
Yes, your August ticket can be transferred to the May 2021 event.
Ticket holders have two options regarding their ticket:
- Transfer your purchased ticket to the new date(s), May 20-22, 2021. To do so, no action needs to be taken on your part.
OR
- Request a refund for the purchase price of your ticket(s), minus the service fee, by filling out this form. Your request must be made by June 15. Refunds will be processed. Please allow 10-15 business days for this credit to reflect on your bank statement.
We are disappointed but know this is the right decision considering current events.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?
We are working diligently with our ticketing partner NightOut to process your refund along with many others. You will see a credit on the card you originally used to purchase the ticket within 15 business days.
