WSET Level 2 & WSET Level 3 Certified Wine Educators here to help teach the public how to taste wine, train their pallets, learn about different wine regions, differences in wine-making styles and what the effects are on the wine. Our classes are for the general public and for tasting room staff. We have found the general public enjoys drinking wine however most have never been taught how to taste it's amazing flavors. People go to wineries to learn more about wine and are able to taste before they buy. The problem with most wineries are they're only telling their customers about the tasting profiles of each wine that is being poured and where its coming from. The basics are not being taught to the winery staff or to the customers on how to actually taste wine. We are here to help everyone enjoy the wine they are tasting to the fullest and how to teach others to do the same. Another aspect of our business is to use Chris-Chianti's remarkable pallet to help write wine descriptions for wineries and restaurants, and coming soon Chris-Chianti's Wine Ratings.
