Over five years of introducing Open Table to the restaurants and Hotels of Hawaii state-wide was preceded by 12 years of wine and beverage sales on the distributor side to the same businesses in Hawaii.
While visiting the Central Coast winery-clients such as Edna Valley, Fiddlehead Cellars, Calera, Foxen and Turley, Siduri and others I saw the beauty and bright future for Paso Robles' then early beginnings with a mere 37 wineries listed.
I would like to bring some Hawaii Hospitality background to our local businesses in the help of reservation / activity ins and outs, and face to face lobbying to the surrounding counties to ensure that Paso Robles 'wins' and is on the tip of people's tongues when asked 'where they would like to vacation next.'
