Winter Gardening Workshop

Join our Estate Horticulturist for a morning in the Chef’s Garden discussing everything you need to know to have a successful winter garden – it is possible! Participants will learn the fundamentals of soil preparation, when and what to plant, cover cropping, best varieties for our climate, pest mitigations, fertility and more. All participants will be able to sow a full flat of winter seedlings, and additional young plants will be available for purchase onsite.
