2019 Grenache with leeks soubise with pan roasted mushrooms and crispy baguette
2017 Syrah Korobuta pork cutlet with parsnip and framboise gastrique
2018 1105 lamb lollipop with romesco and stuffed with herbs and fresh goat cheese
2016 CFV caramelized endive with praline brittle and bleu cheese ‘sauce’ (maybe a pepper thyme cream that incorporates a JFV reduction?)
